Sapphire is a PhD student in the Applied Plant Sciences Program. She is studying the genetic diversity and evolution of potato. She earned her B.S. in Biology from the University of the Philippines - Los Baños. Outside her studies, she enjoys exploring new places, reading books, and playing online games.
