Jenna Simon

Jenna Simon studies invasive jumping worms (Amynthas spp.) with a focus on containerized production. She has a strong passion for the nursery profession and strives to bridge the gap between horticulture and ecology. She believes that ecology should be viewed from many different lenses, including the horticultural production of plants. Her research includes chemical and heat treatments of containers and soil substrates to gain insight on this invasion.
