Biography

Heather graduated with her Bachelors in life and plant science from the inter-college program in 2018. Starting as a grad student in the Shannon Lab in 2019, she is now concurrently working towards a Master's and Ph.D. in the Biomedical informatics and computational biology program. Her current research projects aim to answer questions we have about the impact of polyploidy on diversity and abiotic stresses.
