Biography

My research has mainly focused on tropical plants and plant-insect interactions. My previous research used DNA to build phylogenies of tropical plants and identify stem nesting materials by native bees. My research now focuses grape breeding, phylloxera resistance, and assessing the quality of cold-hardy table grapes in our program.
