You're invited to celebrate with us at the Food Systems capstone course Community Engagement Showcase Event this Thursday, April 29th, 3-5:30 pm. This event offers our Food Systems' students an important opportunity to highlight their community work this semester, especially critical in the current pandemic times. Students worked alongside schools and organizations including Big River Farms, Spark-Y Youth Action Labs, Bruce Vento Elementary, Roosevelt High School, Minnesota Department of Agriculture's Ag Marketing and Development program, and two Regional Sustainable Development Partnership (RSDP) programs. They will report on their project findings and what they learned from the experience. The time at which each team presents is below and on the attached invitation, but feel free to log on anytime.
