Professional Interests

Jared’s research focuses on the application and effectiveness of beneficial fungal biofertilizers in organic strawberry production.  He also manages the Department of Horticulture Display and Trial Garden.  He has a strong background in farming, gardening, and environmental education, and hopes to work in public garden management or outreach.
